In the 1980s, Salvatore, an enterprising man with a generous heart, decided to share his passion for authentic and genuine food with the world. With the support of his loved ones, he found a suitable place where they could express their culinary vision, transforming that modest wine cellar into a magical place where the flavours of tradition mingle with creativity and innovation.

Thus was born O'Scialatiello, a gastronomic oasis that celebrates the roots of Neapolitan cuisine, offering iconic dishes reinterpreted with a touch of modernity and freshness.
