Imagine an old cellar in the heart of Naples, where the walls tell stories of generations past and the scents of culinary craftsmanship envelop the air. This is where our story begins, a journey through passion, commitment and love for Neapolitan cuisine.

In the 1980s, Salvatore, an enterprising man with a generous heart, decided to share his passion for authentic and genuine food with the world. With the support of his loved ones, he found a suitable place where they could express their culinary vision, transforming that modest wine cellar into a magical place where the flavours of tradition mingle with creativity and innovation.

Thus was born O'Scialatiello, a gastronomic oasis that celebrates the roots of Neapolitan cuisine, offering iconic dishes reinterpreted with a touch of modernity and freshness.
